Reynosa authorities investigate death of 23-year-old man

A 23-year-old man, identified as Edwin Daniel “N”, died at the Lancet Clinic in Reynosa after suffering a cardiorespiratory arrest. The individual had been experiencing symptoms including headaches and vomiting prior to his death.

According to statements made by the deceased's sister to authorities, medical tests conducted at the clinic reportedly showed a positive result for methamphetamines. While this information has been recorded in the initial proceedings, officials have not yet issued a formal determination establishing whether substance use directly caused the death. The Forensic Medical Service is conducting an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.
