RFEF talent scouting operations revealed

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) utilizes an extensive scouting system to identify Spanish talent globally. According to Manu Fernández, coordinator of the men's youth national teams, the federation employs a three-pronged approach involving technology, personal networks, and direct club relationships.

This system, described as one of the most envied football espionage networks in the world, involves seven specialized scouts who conduct personal evaluations of detected players. The process aims to secure young talents such as Huijsen, Chichoro, Susoho, Ikezzu, and Gift for the national youth setups.
