The Érguete Baixo Miño Association has opened registration for a maintenance gymnastics course in A Guarda. Part of the Provincia Activa 2026 program by the Diputación de Pontevedra, the course is primarily aimed at individuals over the age of 50.

The program will run from October 5 to December 16, 2026, consisting of 30 total hours of instruction held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:30 to 20:00. The sessions are designed to help participants improve motor coordination, posture, flexibility, and strength.

There are a maximum of 15 available spots, with priority given to association members. The cost is 7 euros per person. Interested individuals must register by September 15 via WhatsApp, email, or in person at the association's headquarters.
