Rheingas achieves high quality ratings in TÜV NORD audit
Rheingas has successfully completed a recurring TÜV NORD audit regarding its service and installation quality. The audit resulted in a high rating for installation quality, specifically receiving a score of 1.18.
The inspection covered internal processes, quality management, and specific service performance. Key areas evaluated included customer service, complaint management, sales processes, energy technology, and the continuous development of operational workflows. TÜV NORD recommended maintaining the company's certification, which remains valid until May 2028.
As part of the technical assessment, experts inspected 15 liquefied gas systems across Germany with container sizes under three tons. The evaluation focused on materials, installation, equipment, and site conditions. Uwe Thomsen, managing partner of Propan Rheingas, stated that the results demonstrate that quality and customer orientation are integrated into the company's daily operations.
