Rhino High Fidelity releases Black Sabbath reel-to-reel editions

Rhino High Fidelity has released limited edition reel-to-reel versions of Black Sabbath’s self-titled debut album and 'Paranoid'. Only 500 copies of the set are available worldwide.

The tapes were duplicated in real time from 1:1 copies of the U.S. analog master recordings using premium RTM LPR90 tape stock on 10.5-inch metal reels. The release follows the legacy of the Birmingham-based quartet, whose influential work includes hits such as ‘Iron Man’ and ‘War Pigs’.

Rhino High Fidelity, which utilizes the Warner Music catalog for high-quality reissues, pairs these audio recordings with archival-grade packaging.
