Rhodes jewelry theft: Diamond rings worth up to €150,000 stolen

Police in Rhodes are investigating a high-value theft at the Deluca Jewellery store in Kiothari. An entire tray of diamond rings, valued between €100,000 and €150,000, was discovered missing on Sunday, October 11.

Investigators are focusing on the possibility that the perpetrator(s) had inside information, as the theft involved a large tray of items rather than a single piece, and there were no immediate signs of forced entry. The Rhodes Crime Investigation Directorate, the South Rhodes Police Station, and forensic units are working the case.

Authorities are currently analyzing surveillance footage and collecting fingerprints from the scene to identify potential suspects and determine the exact circumstances of the disappearance.
