Rhodes Municipality begins fleet modernization program

The Municipality of Rhodes has added two new vehicles to its municipal fleet, marking the beginning of a comprehensive plan to renew and modernize its equipment. This initiative aims to enhance municipal services, improve response times to daily needs, and increase the operational capacity of local service teams.

The acquisition of these two vehicles is the first step in a broader strategy. The municipality has already completed a study for the procurement of more than 60 additional new vehicles and heavy machinery in the near future. This long-term policy involves systematically recording needs, gradually phasing out old equipment, and ensuring more effective use of municipal resources to create a more functional administration.
