Ribeirão Pires opens registrations for artisan bakery course

The Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Ribeirão Pires has opened registrations for an artisan bakery course starting October 15. The training program covers fundamental bread production techniques, including dough preparation, fermentation, modeling, baking, and preservation.

In addition to technical skills, the course focuses on food safety, hygiene practices, and nutritional information. The curriculum includes various recipes such as whole grain, corn, milk, and herb breads, as well as cakes and other baked goods.
