RIC Ambiental launches organizational culture initiative

RIC Ambiental has launched an organizational culture initiative aimed at strengthening company values and interpersonal relationships. The program is scheduled to run through January 2027 and will involve all sectors of the sanitation concessionaire.

The journey began with the meeting ‘Encontro Cultura RIC Ambiental – O Nosso Jeito de Ser’, led by organizational culture strategist Thiago Fogaça. The training focuses on enhancing behaviors, responsibilities, and service excellence.

Paulo Daher, CEO of RIC Ambiental, stated that the goal is to create a common understanding of the company's values to ensure that decisions are simplified and departments work in an integrated manner. The initiative seeks to align the company's daily practices with its long-term strategic vision.
