Ric Flair announces return to WWE at Royal Rumble

Ric Flair, the 16-time World Champion and Hall of Famer, has announced his return to WWE. During an appearance on ‘The Hall of Fame’ podcast with Booker T, the 77-year-old wrestler stated, “I’m back in,” and indicated that his return will begin at the Royal Rumble in February in Glendale, Arizona.

This comeback follows a period of tension between Flair and the promotion. Previously, WWE banned Flair from WrestleMania 42 festivities following a threat toward wrestler Ludwig Kaiser. Flair also recently filed a $10 million lawsuit against FAM Networks regarding likeness rights. Despite these past conflicts, Flair noted that he and Hunter have reconciled.
