Ric Flair sues FAM Networks for $10 million over digital identity rights

Professional wrestling legend Ric Flair has filed a $10 million lawsuit against FAM Networks, an influencer talent agency, alleging he was defrauded of the rights to his digital identity.

According to the complaint, Flair was induced into signing a contract in December 2025 without legal counsel, despite the document claiming it had been negotiated with attorneys. The lawsuit alleges that FAM Networks gave Flair only fourteen minutes to review the agreement, which granted the agency a perpetual, irrevocable license to his name, image, likeness, voice, and social media accounts.

Flair claims the agency failed to deliver on contractual promises, including managing his social media, securing speaking engagements, and generating a promised six-figure monthly revenue stream from his Facebook page. He alleges that FAM Networks has already caused him to lose at least $250,000 in revenue while monetizing his persona for their own profit.

The legal action seeks to rescind the agreement, regain control of his social media accounts, and obtain a declaratory judgment regarding his intellectual property rights. Flair is seeking at least $5 million for breach of contract and $5 million for fraudulent inducement.
