The 42-year-old luxury real estate agent used social media to document her journey, emphasizing that her primary goal was improving her health rather than just changing her appearance.

Madeira explained that her weight gain was linked to medical issues, specifically Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (SOP) and an endometrial tumor. She noted that the tumor caused rapid weight gain and menstrual irregularities. As part of her health management, she has utilized weight-loss medications since 2019 to address metabolic challenges associated with her condition.
