Ricardo Marín Requena joins Movimiento Ciudadano in Quintana Roo

Lawyer, businessman, and social activist Ricardo Marín Requena has formally joined the Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) party in Quintana Roo, Mexico. The incorporation was finalized during a meeting with national party leaders, including Jorge Álvarez Máynez and Dante Delgado Rannauro.

Marín Requena, who leads the civil association ‘Juntos Seremos Más por México’, aims to strengthen the party’s presence and social organization efforts ahead of the 2027 electoral process. His work will focus particularly on the Othón P. Blanco municipality and the city of Chetumal.

While his specific role within the party structure has not yet been officially announced, there is speculation that he may serve in the Secretariat of Organization. Local party leaders, including Joaquín González Castro and Lidia Rojas Fabro, welcomed his membership as a step toward promoting new political approaches in the region.
