Riccione restaurant faces backlash over waiter's insulting order note
A breakfast service at the Victor Lab in Riccione, Italy, has become a viral controversy after a waiter left an insulting note on a customer's order slip. The incident occurred on August 19 when a family from Florence requested that their scrambled eggs be cooked well and served without salad.
The printed order slip included a profanity-laced message directed at the customer, stating, “This one is driving me crazy... burn the eggs and spit in them.” Fearing the instruction might be followed, the family refused to eat and shared a photograph of the slip online, which quickly spread across social media.
