RICE CLOUD and Prazto partner to integrate ERP and CRM data

RICE CLOUD and Prazto have entered a business alliance to integrate ERP and CRM data, specifically targeting companies using Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce. The partnership aims to bridge the gap between 'confirmed facts' in ERP systems, such as invoicing and inventory, and 'future movements' in CRM systems, such as sales opportunities. As an initial step, they are co-providing the 'NetSuite Management Tableau Dashboard Pack,' which offers flexible data visualization through Tableau templates.

Separately, Salesforce has announced new 'Core,' 'Advanced,' and 'Max' editions designed to facilitate 'Agentic Transformation.' These new plans bundle AI capabilities via Agentforce, Slack for collaboration, Tableau for analytics, and enterprise-level security into single purchase packages. This move is intended to simplify the procurement process and allow businesses to deploy AI agents and human-AI collaboration more rapidly across sales, service, and industry-specific workflows.
