Rich Products launches new high‑tech blender and summer frozen drink flavors

Rich Products’ f’real brand has expanded its Blend n’ Serve program with a high‑powered, connected blender designed for limited‑service restaurants and convenience stores. The equipment blends frozen beverages in about a minute with minimal labor, offering a mix‑in mode for add‑ins such as candy, powders, syrups, protein or alcohol and remote monitoring via software.

The launch also introduces two summer flavors: Orange Creamsicle Milkshake, created with Good Humor, and the company’s first non‑dairy frozen lemonade, made with 10% real lemon juice. Both are sold frozen in 16‑ounce pre‑portioned cups, 12 per case, with a shelf life of 547 days. Rich Products cites surveys showing strong consumer interest in frozen blended drinks, with 31% of respondents replacing meals with such beverages and 83% indicating they like milkshakes.

The new blender features a quiet motor, touchscreen interface, adjustable thickness settings and software that enables remote updates and service tracking, aiming to let operators quickly create high‑margin, customizable frozen drinks.
