Richard Grenell criticizes Jack Smith over data privacy
Richard Grenell has issued sharp criticisms against former prosecutor Jack Smith regarding his handling of private data during ‘Operation Arctic Frost’. Sharing a post from Senator Chuck Grassley, Grenell highlighted an instance where a resident of Osage, Iowa, who donated $10 to President Trump, had their personal check, home address, and banking information obtained via subpoena and handed over to the Department of Justice and the FBI during the Biden administration.
Grenell further alleged that Smith provided the Department of Justice and the FBI with bank account numbers, routing numbers, and home addresses for 4,782 Americans, including 42 residents of Iowa. The criticism targets Smith's conduct and the implications of these investigative actions on private citizens.
