Richard Marx Returns to The Voice Australia for Second Season

American singer‑songwriter Richard Marx, now 62, is back for a second year as a coach on Seven’s reality singing competition The Voice Australia. He joins fellow coaches Melanie C, Kate Miller‑Heidke and Ronan Keating.

Marx, who is also releasing a new album and maintaining a global touring schedule, says he is “having so much fun” and describes the show as “one big playground.” He lives with his wife, former MTV VJ Daisy Fuentes, in a beachside house in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, enjoying daily coastal walks from Bondi to Coogee.

The artist highlighted his love for Australia’s laid‑back lifestyle and the camaraderie among the coaches as key reasons for returning to the program.
