Richard T. Lee leads LIV Golf Indianapolis after second round

Canadian golfer Richard T. Lee holds the lead at the LIV Golf Indianapolis tournament after two rounds. Lee sits at 11 under par following a 63 in the opening round and a 66 in the second.

Three players are tied for second place at 10 under par: Thomas Detry of Belgium, Dustin Johnson of the United States, and Laurie Canter of England. Michael La Sasso of the United States recorded the round of the day with a 60, moving from 47th place to a tie for fifth at 9 under par.

Other notable players include Joaquin Niemann, Matthew Wolff, Lee Westwood, and Cameron Smith, who are all tied at 9 under par. The tournament is being held at The Club at Chatham Hills. Due to the cessation of funding from the Saudi Arabian government-backed fund, the total individual prize pool for this event has been reduced from $20 million to $10.1 million, with the winner set to receive $2.02 million.
