Rick Nielsen to auction memorabilia including Nikki Sixx-related raincoat
Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Nielsen is auctioning a collection of memorabilia, including a raincoat famously urinated on by Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx in 1986. The incident occurred while the two bands were performing together at the Hammersmith Odeon in London.
Julien's Auction will oversee the sale of more than 300 items on October 24 in Nashville. The auction lot includes guitars, eclectic sweaters, and a checkered John Deere tractor. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
