Rico Deville Buice pleads guilty in federal fentanyl conspiracy case

Rico Deville Buice, known as FBG Casino, has pleaded guilty to a federal conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. The plea agreement carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison, with a possible life sentence and fines reaching up to $10 million.

The case stems from a November 14, 2025, raid by federal agents at a rental property in Forest Park, Georgia. During the search, authorities reportedly seized approximately 17 to 21 kilograms of suspected fentanyl, a Glock pistol, ammunition, and various drug-packing and cash-counting equipment. Large sums of cash were also recovered, including roughly $300,000 found in a cardboard box and an additional $80,000 in a designer bag.

Buice, the older brother of the artist Future, was arrested alongside David Estevan Montillo Diaz. As part of the plea deal, Buice agreed to forfeit $388,930 in cash, the firearm, and related ammunition. A judge denied Buice’s request to remain free on pretrial release, ordering him to return to federal custody pending his sentencing hearing scheduled for January 7.
