Kickboxer Rico Verhoeven has accepted an offer to fight former heavyweight boxing champion Deontay Wilder. The proposed match is intended for December 11 in Cardiff, Wales, serving as part of the undercard for the Tyson Fury versus Anthony Joshua event.

Verhoeven confirmed his acceptance during an appearance on talkSPORT, noting that while he has said yes to the offer, the bout is not yet official. The fight currently depends on a response and agreement from Wilder’s camp. The 37-year-old Dutchman is looking to expand his professional boxing career following a performance against Oleksandr Usyk earlier this year.
