Ricoh invests in mental health platform Intellect via new fund

Ricoh has announced its first investment through the ‘RICOH Innovation Fund II’ corporate venture capital fund, targeting Singapore-based mental health technology firm Intellect Company Pte. Ltd.

Intellect provides a mental management platform for enterprises, offering services such as self-care, coaching, counseling, and organizational analysis. The platform is designed to support diverse and global workforces, operating in over 120 languages and serving more than 4 million users across 100 countries.

Through this investment, Ricoh aims to deepen its expertise in the mental health and wellbeing sector. The company intends to explore future collaborative opportunities by combining Intellect’s organizational wellbeing insights with Ricoh’s existing knowledge and data from its workplace experience business.
