Ricoh Japan expands NETBegin BB Pack Next network services

Ricoh Japan has expanded its “NETBegin BB Pack Next” service, a one-stop solution providing network implementation, operation, and maintenance. The expansion includes new models developed through collaborations with Buffalo Inc. and SCSK Corporation.

The new lineup features a “Basic Model B” utilizing a Buffalo Wi-Fi 6 wireless LAN router, designed for small offices and sole proprietorships. For medium and small enterprises, the service now includes a “Standard Model Y” using a Yamaha RTX840 router and a “Premium Model Y” using a Yamaha RTX1300 router. The premium tier supports 10-gigabit Flets Hikari Cross lines.

All new models support the IPoE internet connection method to ensure stable speeds during network congestion. The service includes router rental, monitoring, and maintenance, with Ricoh service engineers providing remote or on-site support for routers, PCs, and Ricoh multifunction devices.
