Ricoh Japan launches managed hosting service for Dify AI platform
Ricoh Japan has launched a “Dify hosting environment operation service” designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in adopting generative AI. The service targets users of the “Dify Essential/Standard” licenses, which are intended for departmental or SME-level use of the Dify no-code application development platform.
Under this new service, Ricoh Japan manages the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment on behalf of the client. This eliminates the need for companies to contract or manage AWS themselves. The provided environment utilizes server configurations and settings optimized based on Ricoh Group’s internal practical experience to ensure stable operations.
The package includes several components: an introduction and environment construction service, an operation service covering software updates and log monitoring, a technical support service for Dify inquiries, and an LLM utilization service that allows access to Amazon Bedrock. By providing a complete package from cloud design to technical assistance, Ricoh Japan aims to reduce the technical and resource barriers that often prevent companies with limited IT personnel from implementing AI workflows.
