Ricoh Japan, Systems Nakashima and Construction Dot Web announced that, from July 31, their sales‑support system NICE営業物語 for RICOH will be integrated with the construction‑industry cost‑management platform どっと原価3. The integration runs on the RICOH kintone plus cloud base, allowing customer and project data from the sales system to be seamlessly connected with work‑order and cost information in どっと原価3.

The combined solution aims to eliminate the traditional fragmentation of sales, construction and cost‑management processes in Japanese building firms. Real‑time data sharing across departments is expected to improve project visibility, speed up managerial decisions, and enhance revenue and profit tracking, while reducing reliance on paper and spreadsheets. The three companies say the partnership will support broader digital transformation (DX) and productivity gains for the construction sector.
