RICS announces 2026 Hong Kong Awards winners

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has announced the winners of the RICS Hong Kong Awards 2026. The awards recognize excellence in land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure, highlighting initiatives that drive commercial investment, essential infrastructure delivery, and sustainable practices.

The ceremony featured Victor Tai Sheung Shing, Under Secretary for Housing, as the guest of honor, and David Lam, Under Secretary for Development, as a presentation guest. Judging Chair Ada Fung emphasized that the awards celebrate professional judgment, integrity, and the commitment to improving communities through the built environment.

The RICS Annual Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Philip Lo.
