Ride&Run for Children charity relay to support Padova pediatric patients

The 5th edition of the Ride&Run for Children charity relay is scheduled to take place from September 18 to 20, 2026. Organized by the association Team for Children, the event aims to raise funds for young patients in the Pediatric Oncohematology department at the hospital in Padova.

The event features two distinct athletic routes. A cycling relay will cover over 1,000 km, starting in Assisi and passing through locations such as Terni, Parma, and Longare before reaching its destination. A running relay will cover approximately 100 km, starting from Verona and focusing on the Veneto region.

Team for Children has supported children and adolescents suffering from serious forms of cancer and leukemia for over 15 years. The cycling route's start in Assisi was chosen to honor the 800th anniversary of Saint Francis, aligning the event's values of fraternity and service with the spirit of the charity.
