Rideshare driver returns R$ 19,000 found on street in Descalvado

A rideshare driver, Clóvis Sanches, returned R$ 19,000 in cash found on the street in the Morada do Sol neighborhood of Descalvado, São Paulo. The driver discovered the money on the asphalt after assisting a passenger with their shopping.

The funds belonged to entrepreneur Gabriel Umbelino Gomes, who had recently returned from a business trip in Minas Gerais. The money, intended for business commitments and construction costs, had accidentally slipped through a gap in the vehicle's gear shift area and fallen onto the road. The owner had initially lost hope of recovering the amount before the driver's actions led to its return.
