Ridge Racer mobile version to launch on Nintendo Switch and Steam

G-MODE Corporation has announced the release of the mobile feature phone version of the racing game ‘Ridge Racer’ as part of its ‘G-MODE Archives+’ project. The title is being brought to modern consoles to faithfully recreate original mobile experiences.

The Nintendo Switch version is scheduled for release on September 3, 2026, while the Steam version for PC is expected on September 16, 2026. The game will be priced at 800 yen.

This release marks the fifth Bandai Namco Entertainment title included in the project. This specific version of ‘Ridge Racer’ includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced modes, along with a time trial mode. Players can choose from four different vehicle types with varying performance characteristics and use various decals for customization.
