Ridley Scott's Canopus arrives in cinemas

New cinematic releases include Ridley Scott’s post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller, ‘Canopus’. Based on Peter Heller’s novel ‘The Dog Star’, the film follows Hig, a pilot navigating a world devastated by a pandemic. The story explores themes of survival and humanity as Hig follows a mysterious radio signal in search of organized life.

The film features a prominent cast including Jacob Elordi, Josh Brolin, Margaret Qualley, Guy Pearce, and Allison Janney.

Other notable weekly premieres include a ritual hostage drama starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Vincent Cassel, directed by Romain Gavras, as well as a dystopian South Korean sci-fi film and various international dramas.
