Ried hosts Rad-Ried-Tag cycling and walking event

The plan b-Rad-Ried-Tag is scheduled for Sunday, September 13, in the Ried region. During the event, which runs from 10:30 to 16:00, most roads will be closed to motorized through traffic to allow for cycling and walking.

Supported by the city of Dornbirn, the initiative aims to showcase the Ried as a space for living, recreation, and economy. Organized activities include group rides starting from Lauterach and Lustenau, a bicycle service station offering free checks and minor repairs, and a children's program featuring a supervised bike course.

The event also emphasizes regionality through a farmers' market in cooperation with the Chamber of Agriculture and food offerings provided by the Landjugend Unterland.
