Rieju unveils Coaster 407 custom motorcycle with AMT transmission

Spanish motorbike maker Rieju introduced the Coaster 407, its first entry into the custom motorcycle segment. The bike features a 384.5 cc liquid‑cooled V‑twin engine delivering 34.6 hp and 36 Nm of torque, a six‑speed AMT (automated manual) gearbox, belt final drive, traction control and keyless operation. Rieju says the model can reach a top speed of 155 km/h and is designed for highway use with a passenger and light luggage, priced at €4,961.

The Coaster 407 combines cruiser‑style comfort with modern electronic aids, aiming to attract riders transitioning from scooters or inexperienced motorcyclists, while retaining a sequential shift feel through paddle shifters on the handlebars.
