Rig Service SA ranks first in Constanța ship repair sector

Rig Service SA has secured the top position in the “Repair and maintenance of ships and boats” category for medium-sized enterprises in Constanța County. The ranking was part of the Business Excellence Gala organized by the Constanța Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation, and Agriculture.

Founded in 2001, Rig Service SA is led by administrators Ioan Daniel Cârstocea, Mihaela Carmen Ionescu, and majority shareholder Florin Cârstocea. In addition to its core maritime services, the company is expanding into renewable energy, having obtained environmental permits for two projects with a combined installed capacity exceeding 200 MW.

The annual ranking analyzed 36,345 companies based on financial data submitted to the Ministry of Finance, utilizing a national methodology that evaluates net turnover, operating profit, and resource efficiency.
