Rigby Trojans prepare for Idaho 6A football season

The Rigby Trojans high school football team is preparing for the upcoming season in Idaho’s 6A division. Under Head Coach Armando Gonzalez, the program is focusing on physical and mental preparation to compete in the state’s highest classification.

Coach Gonzalez emphasized the importance of mental toughness and the ability to operate effectively in high-stress game environments. The team is working to establish a dominant identity through focus and consistent effort.

Following the graduation of several key players, including Jacob Flowers and Amani Morel, a new group of upperclassmen has taken on leadership roles. Senior running back Kue Kofe and senior tight end Jaxon Nelson have been named team captains to help lead the squad.
