Rihanna visits childhood home in Barbados with three children
Rihanna has shared rare family photos documenting an emotional visit to her childhood neighborhood in Barbados. The singer, who is a National Hero of Barbados, brought her three children—sons RZA and Riot, and daughter Rocki Irish—to the street where she grew up, which was officially renamed ‘Rihanna Drive’ in 2017 to honor her global impact.
Reflecting on the visit via social media, Rihanna described the experience as “trippy,” noting the transition from being a child in Westbury to bringing her own children to the landmark. The visit follows her recent participation in the island’s annual Crop Over festivities and Grand Kadooment Day parade.
In addition to the sentimental homecoming, reports indicate that Rihanna has been spending time in the studio working on her long-awaited ninth studio album, as confirmed by her partner, A$AP Rocky.
