Six people sustained minor injuries following a pyrotechnic explosion at the Kantrid Stadium in Rijeka. The incident occurred late Saturday night following a football match between HNK Rijeka and Union Berlin.

Three of the injured individuals were transported to the Clinical Hospital Center (KBC) Rijeka for medical treatment. Among them was a 14-year-old boy who was admitted to the pediatric surgery clinic for observation after sustaining superficial burns. Medical professionals reported that the boy is stable, out of life-threatening danger, and is expected to make a full recovery.

Two adults were treated at the emergency hospital intake and subsequently released for home recovery.
