Riksbyggen begins new housing project in Helsingborg

Riksbyggen has commenced the first phase of the Brf Rååbrisen residential project in Helsingborg. The development in the Råå coastal area will consist of 43 apartments, including various 2–4 room layouts and three penthouses, as well as eight townhouses. The project is expected to be completed for move-in by summer 2028 and features sustainable elements such as rooftop solar cells.

In Umeå, the housing association Brf Umeåhus 14 reported significant energy savings after implementing an AI-driven heat optimization service provided by Riksbyggen. By using sensors to adjust heating systems more efficiently, the association reduced its heat consumption by nearly 25 percent, resulting in annual savings of 113,000 SEK.
