Rikuro Ojisan no Mise to open flagship cafe at Grand Front Osaka

Rikuro Ojisan no Mise, a popular Osaka-based confectionery brand, will open a new flagship store at Grand Front Osaka on September 24. Located on the B1 floor of the South Building, the new location is the brand's second shop in the Umeda area.

The establishment will feature a cafe named ‘Riku Cafe fika,’ inspired by the Swedish concept of ‘fika’ (taking a break for coffee and sweets). The cafe will offer 46 seats, allowing customers to enjoy freshly baked signature cheesecakes alongside specialty drinks. The store will operate from 10:00 to 21:00 and will also offer takeout options.

This opening follows the closure of the JR Tennoji Station branch on September 13. As of September, the company operates 11 locations within Osaka Prefecture.
