Riley Green releases new album and discusses musical identity

Country music artist Riley Green has released his fourth studio album, titled ‘That’s Just Me’, via Nashville Harbor. The 19-track project, co-produced with Dann Huff, features collaborations with artists including Randy Owen, Brooks & Dunn, Hannah McFarland, and Jake Worthington.

In recent comments on ‘The Off the Record Podcast’, Green addressed his musical direction, noting that he often receives song pitches that sound similar to those of Morgan Wallen. Green explained that while those songs are high quality, they do not fit his specific musical space. He attributed his distinct sound to the fact that he writes much of his own material.

Green is currently promoting the album through various media appearances and is scheduled to begin a role as a coach on ‘The Voice’ on September 21. His ‘Country As It Gets Tour’ is set to continue through 2026 and 2027.
