Country music artist Riley Green is set to release his new album, ‘That’s Just Me’, on Friday, Sept. 18. In a discussion with Pat McAfee, Green reflected on his career and his tendency to step outside his musical comfort zone.

Green highlighted the success of his song ‘Worst Way’, which originally appeared on his 2024 EP ‘Way Out Here’ before becoming the lead single for his 2025 album ‘Don’t Mind If I Do’. The track became his first solo No. 1 on the country charts and reached No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Green noted that he intentionally seeks to explore unfamiliar musical territory with each new project, a strategy he applied to the songwriting process for his upcoming album.
