Riley Pet Health Platform Named to OnStage Top 100 European Startups

Riley, a global pet‑health platform founded by Luke Boddis, has been included in the OnStage Top 100 European Startups list. The company is developing an app that consolidates veterinary records, insurance claims, billing details and guidance to help owners manage pet care more transparently.

The recognition comes as veterinary costs in the United Kingdom have risen sharply and the Competition and Markets Authority has highlighted concerns over pricing transparency and market concentration. Riley’s founder says the service was inspired by a personal emergency with his own dog on Christmas Day, when he lacked quick access to insurance and medical information.

Riley aims to give pet owners a single place for health history, bill explanations and claim management, supporting clearer decisions without replacing veterinary advice.
