Árima Real Estate sells Madrid logistics asset for 28.1 million euros

Árima Real Estate has sold its sole logistics asset, a cold storage facility located in San Agustín del Guadalix, Madrid, for 28.1 million euros. The property was acquired by Arkéa REIM and Catella AM.

The 25,694 square meter facility features 29 loading docks and is situated along the A-1 highway, a major connection route between Madrid and northern Spain and France. The asset is currently leased to the French logistics operator STEF and includes various temperature-controlled zones, ranging from positive cold for fresh products to negative cold reaching -23°C for frozen goods.

This sale completes Árima’s divestment plan for non-strategic assets. The company intends to use the proceeds to fund its growth strategy within the high-quality office segment, following its recent integration with JSS Real Estate. The transaction was advised by Uría Menéndez and Knight Frank for Árima, while Pérez-Llorca and Top Management advised the buyers.
