Rimini Local Police launch digital notification system for fines

The Rimini Local Police have activated SEND (Servizio Notifiche Digitali), a new digital system for delivering administrative sanctions and traffic violation notices. This national platform, developed by PagoPA, will gradually replace the current paper-based notification system.

Citizens and businesses can receive legally binding documents through various digital channels, including PEC (certified email) and the IO App. The system automatically identifies the best available delivery channel once a report is uploaded to the platform. Recipients can access their documents securely via a dedicated portal using SPID or the Electronic Identity Card.

The transition aims to modernize municipal services by increasing notification efficiency, reducing delivery times, lowering shipping costs, and promoting sustainability through decreased paper usage.
