Rinascente and Bluvacanze have launched the ‘Rinascente Travel Concierge by Bluvacanze’ at the Rinascente Milano Piazza Duomo department store. This new service integrates travel planning into the luxury shopping experience, marking the first time a travel agency has operated within an Italian fashion outlet.

Located on the sixth floor, the space is designed to offer personalized travel consultancy similar to personal shopping services. The concierge focuses on customized itineraries, including domestic Italian destinations and international travel, catering to both local customers and the store’s global visitor base. The initiative aims to extend the customer experience beyond the physical store by helping clients design their future travel experiences through professional advice and digital tools.
