Rincón de la Victoria launches video game and AI workshops for youth

The Rincón de la Victoria City Council has opened registration for new programming and video game creation workshops aimed at local children and youth. Starting October 1 at the Centro Municipal Juvenil, the program will offer training in Roblox Studio, Unity, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality.

The initiative, led by the Youth Area, focuses on practical and creative learning to develop digital competencies, logical thinking, graphic design, animation, and sound. A key addition to this edition is the integration of artificial intelligence to assist in generating ideas, creating characters, and designing interactive elements.

The Roblox Studio workshop is designed for children aged 6 to 12, while the Unity workshop, which focuses on 2D and 3D game creation, is intended for youth aged 10 to 17. The program also includes a special session on virtual reality to allow participants to experience the technology firsthand.
