RingCentral expands AI capabilities with AIR Pro and RingCX updates

RingCentral has introduced significant updates to its communication platforms, headlined by the launch of AIR Pro, an agentic AI suite for its RingCX contact center solution. Unveiled at Customer Contact Week Las Vegas 2026, AIR Pro is designed to unify voice and digital channels, offering autonomous multi-step workflow reasoning, automatic language switching, and real-time ROI tracking.

The RingCX refresh also includes RingWEM, a consolidated system for workforce engagement management, quality management, and analytics. To address regulatory needs, a new compliance feature automatically flags sensitive data related to HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR. RingCentral stated it does not train its AI models on customer data.

Additionally, the company’s RingEX VoIP platform offers extensive features for businesses, including video meetings, SMS, and internal faxing. The platform utilizes AI for automated call summaries, sentiment analysis, and AI-powered reception services. RingEX provides tiered pricing models, with advanced features such as call monitoring, CRM integrations, and custom user permissions available in higher-tier plans.
