RingCentral recognized for innovation and AI integration

RingCentral, Inc. has been named to Business Insider America’s Most Innovative Businesses 2027 list. The recognition, produced in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, evaluates publicly traded U.S. companies based on technological impact, research and development investment, and industry reputation.

During the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference, RingCentral leadership discussed the company’s strategic shift toward becoming an AI-native organization. CEO Vladimir Shmunis noted that the company aims to embed AI across its entire portfolio, both for customer-facing products and internal operational efficiency. Currently, annual recurring revenue (ARR) from customers using native paid AI products accounts for 13% of the company’s total ARR, a figure that has doubled over the past year.
