RingConn Gen 3 Smart Ring Debuts with Advanced Health Sensors

The RingConn Gen 3 smart ring was launched in late May after being previewed at CES. It expands on its predecessor with a suite of health metrics, including heart‑rate, blood‑oxygen (SpO2), respiratory rate, skin temperature and a unique vascular monitoring feature that tracks long‑term blood‑circulation trends. The device also provides detailed sleep analysis and basic exercise tracking, all presented through the RingConn app.

The ring’s hardware combines a medical‑grade resin interior with a titanium‑reinforced exterior, yielding a lightweight yet durable form factor. It is rated IP68 for water resistance, offers up to 14 days of battery life on a 15 mAh cell, and ships in a compact aluminum charging case with a USB‑C cable. The app is subscription‑free and organises data into tabs such as “Intuizioni,” “Scopri,” and “Salute,” delivering actionable insights without recurring fees.
