RingConn to showcase Gen 3 smart ring at IFA 2026

RingConn will demonstrate its Gen 3 smart ring at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The device features continuous 24-hour health monitoring and is available in ten sizes and five finishes, weighing between 2.5 and 3.5 grams.

A primary highlight of the Gen 3 model is its vascular trend analysis. This function requires initial calibration using blood pressure values obtained from an external device. Once calibrated, the ring's sensors collect data to estimate how vascular load evolves over time. The manufacturer notes that the ring is not a medical device intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases, nor does it replace professional medical advice.

In addition to vascular trends, the ring tracks heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, physical activity, sleep, stress, and respiratory patterns during rest. It also includes tools for female health monitoring. Data is organized within a dedicated app to help users identify long-term trends. The device also includes a vibration alarm for silent notifications, such as low battery alerts or inactivity reminders.
